We are a non-profit organization based in Turlock, California that saves and rescues unwanted and abandoned cats.
Our main goal is to help control the animal population in our surrounding communities. We are a NO KILL rescue group. None of this could be possible if is was not for the help of our local veterinarians. Since 1996 we have found homes for over 5,000+ animals. In the year 2010 alone, we have found homes for 276 cats and kittens, 8 dogs, and 157 shelter dog adoptions!
On behalf of Friends of Turlock Animal Shelter, we would like to thank Pedigree for their generous donation of $653.87 to our organization. This donation has helped us with caring for our dogs! The money has helped with their vaccinations, microchiping, spaying and neutering, as well as many other things. Thank you Pedigree for helping us give better care to our dogs!
UPDATE! We would also like to thank Pedigree for their generous donation to our organization! Beginning of December 2011, we received a check for $891.00, and beginning of January 2012, we received a check for $4,105.00!
Our plans are to put the money towards a spay and neuter assistance program for dogs.

FRIENDS OF TURLOCK ANIMAL SHELTER recently celebrated their 14th year as a highly respected asset to the City of Turlock and a true friend to the animals in Stanislaus County. In 2011, we adopted out 274 cats/kittens, 31 dog/puppy's, and 147 offsite dogs!
