We are a non-profit organization based in Turlock, California that saves and rescues unwanted and abandoned cats.
Our main goal is to help control the animal population in our surrounding communities. We are a NO KILL rescue group. None of this could be possible if is was not for the help of our local veterinarians. Since 1996 we have found homes for over 4,000+ animals. In the year 2009 alone, we have found homes for 343 cats and kittens, and 112 off site dog adoptions!
On behalf of Friends of Turlock Animal Shelter, we would like to thank Pedigree for their generous donation of $656.53 to our organization. This donation has helped us with caring for our dogs! The money has helped with their vaccinations, microchiping, spaying and neutering, as well as many other things. Thank you Pedigree for helping us give better care to our dogs!

FRIENDS OF TURLOCK ANIMAL SHELTER recently celebrated their 14th year as a highly respected asset to the City of Turlock and a true friend to the animals in Stanislaus County. In 2008, we adopted out 379 cats/kittens and 95 dogs!
