RAFFLE RULES
______________________________________
• You must be 18 years or older to enter. 1 ticket per family per day.
• There will be a raffle held every 2 weeks.
• The ending date will be displayed for each raffle. There will only be 1 winner per raffle.
• A new ticket will need to be filled out for each new raffle.
• All tickets will be disposed of so that your personal information will not be released.
• The winner of each raffle will be notified by phone. We will make 2 attempts to contact you within 24 hours. If we are unable to contact you a new ticket will be drawn.
• The winners will be called with the spay or neuter appointment. It is then your responsibility to make sure the cat is delivered on time, and that it has not been given food the night before (in order for the cat to be prepared for surgery). The cat will be available for pick up the same day. Surgery can be cancelled by the vet if the cat is not healthy.
• Feral cats must be brought in a trap, while friendly cats must be in a carrier.
• If you would like additional services: leukemia/FIV testing, vaccinations, flea or wormer products, there will be a discounted service package available at YOUR expense.
• The spay or neuter will be performed at either Monte Vista Small Animal Hospital or Community Veterinary Clinic in Turlock.
